It enables you to deal with daily contingencies, handle your personal and professional life, tackle day-to-day household problems and manage relationships better. It not only brings harmony in your life but is also good for your physical, mental and emotional well-being.
ITFT Finishing School offers Health and Fitness through Yoga, exercises, diet plan and we aim at toning the body, improving the functions of the mind and help to be in touch with the inner self with the intention of making the students smarter and confident.
Wellness
Healthy living is a rapidly expanding area, as more people, businesses and government agencies realize the cost savings of promoting healthy lifestyles. This creates job opportunities for individuals who excel at taking care of themselves. Students in this program will find themselves immersed with learning about the importance of exercise and nutrition, and how to deliver that message to others. Also, students learn about designing a wellness program for large groups of people, and how to lead that program to success.
A positive image starts with your personal hygiene. Your face, body and hair are the first sign of your cleanliness and tidiness. Hence it reflects volumes on your attitude and responsibilities in your life.
